NDYLIGHT collaborated with the client and the architectural and interior design teams from FKA, CARR and HBA to deliver interior lighting to various front-of-house areas.

A large complex boasting 1105 apartments over 100 floors, multiple communal floors were designed at various levels. These were typically split into two with the team from CARR designing one group and the team from HBA, the other. This constituted two separate building entry foyers, two separate twin floor communal floor areas, a gymnasium, two pools, private dining, golf room, home theatre, wellness spaces and resident typical level corridors.

NDYLIGHT carefully designed the lighting to maintain LED engines throughout the development and ensured that while a great many different fittings were required, many use the same replaceable LED engine to simplify ongoing maintenance.
