This residential project, the city’s largest to date, houses a population equivalent to the small Gippsland town of Foster in its 1343 apartments which are set behind a soaring, fluted, glass exterior.

The development infused the nuances of the rich Melbourne and Malaysian arts and culture. This was achieved via the integration of artworks prevalent in the common areas of the residential and retail components. Retail spaces that promote arts and cultural activities were infused into the tenant mix.
